Motivation, you have failed me

I found this picture here and thought it pretty much summed up my feelings for the week! So many things up in the air...

I'm sorry, we are on the eve of May people and somehow... reading assessments + planning field trips + making class lists + completing spreadsheets/report cards + completing grad. school work +organizing a summer schedule of tutoring and more grad. classes + ... um, darn... what was the last one again... oh yeah sitting around waiting to find out what I will be teaching next year = one semi-checked out individual (before you judge me, note the emphasis on semi, I still love my first graders, they're awesome and they actual know things now so they are keeping me strong). The sun is shining and I can smell the beer and hot dogs permeating through our open windows... is it summer yet?!

No... I can't... not yet, we can do this friends. We are powering through... 27 days, just 27 more days!
