o.m.g
Woah. That was a long hiatus. Is anyone still out there? Bueller?
I will say that winter break has been a doosy for us here in the Pentek household, however the date of my last post was well before winter break even started so, apparently, I only have an excuse for the later portion of this hiatus (more on that to come, let's just say it's been a 'project-filled' week, to say the least. Get excited.). As for the first part, I have no freakin clue what happened there. Please forgive me (and if it helps, I really do feel awful).
Let's rewind. All the way back to the fifteenth of December (Twenty-Eleven for that matter). I'd like you to take a good look at the picture below and tell me what you see...
Folks, what we have here are craft supplies.
gasp (click here to read why this picture = craziness on my part)
However, it appears I have found the silver lining in my total lack of understanding for the entire world of crafts and it came in the form of puffy paint.
To be specific, it appears I can use puffy paint to create lovely holiday shirts for Mike and I to wear to an Ugly Sweater Holiday Party. They were a hit and we chose to make our shirts interactive in the form of bells, googley eyes, and glitter tags as ornaments on Mike's tree. By the end of the night we had lost most of our pieces of flare which, to us, meant the night was a success =).
Let me know if I can be of assistance to you when planning your next party, I'm sure my puffy painting skills aren't limited to Christmas designs. haha
