Phase 2

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you...

Mike's acceptance letter into graduate school.

Thus beginning Phase 2 of our plan... and as I type this I realize it sounds super official... like we really know what we're doing... like you're on the edge of your seat wondering, "Phase 2 of your plan? sounds fancy, what's the plan? how many phases will there be?," but we're not really that thorough. I can tell you Phase 1 consisted of me attending and completing grad. school and now we're moving into Phase 2, the part where Mike attends grad. school. In theory, the title of this grand plan sounds something like: Things We Can Do To Prepare for Our Future. But in reality: Things We Can Do To Incur Debt, sounds a bit more accurate. I guess that's the thing about life plans, they're grand in nature and require small steps, or phases, to complete. As for our end goal? Who knows... let's just say Phase 1 and Phase 2 are a good place to start.

He'll start classes in the fall and work towards an MSE in Educational Leadership. He's excited and, who are we kidding, he'll knock it outta the park. Way to go stud. =)
